You've selected a team, you've got the job.
Now for training. Your members need to be trained up. You need to let them know the theory and basics of what ICXers do! But the best practice is being in a sales meeting or at a networking event. So hopefully you have arranged a QUALITY training day after State Conference.
It is vital you manage performance!! Oh Yeah!! You need to do this! I'll say it again! You need to measure performance!! In fact, you need to get your LCP to KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR MEMBER'S PERFORMANCE!!! Tell him/her to be a bitch abt it!!
You want to avoid you doing the majority of the work and having projects/accounts linked to you.
Suggested metrics
1) Number of sales calls
2) Number of RELEVANT networking events attended
3) Adherence to plans (according to timeline)
4) Number of advisors sought
5) Number of sales meetings
Review your team every month and keep them to their performance strictly!!
