Becoming younger as you get older
1. Change your perception of time. Don't be in a hurry.
2. Get restful sleep.
3. Eat fresh, nutritious food.
4. Take at least two multivitamins with minerals every day.
5. Practice a mind body technique such as yoga or tai chi.
6. Exercise regularly.
7. Don't put toxins in your life, including toxic food, toxicemotions, toxic relationships, and avoid toxic environments or toxic relationships.
8. Have a flexible attitude to minor hassles.
9. Look at so-called problems as opportunities.
10. Nurture loving relationships.
11. Always have an attitude of curiosity, learning, and wonder and spend time with children.
From some website I found, I like it.

i sometimes think the abovementioned are more practical in a western country. no one would have that much time to not hurry or have an attitude of curiosity. but i think the part about eating healthy and exercising applies.
it's nice. but it's just not real enough for this part of the world that we live in. i'm proud to say that i'm committed to at least seven of the above ;)
anyway, on ur prev post, as usual, i think u're too hard on urself. u keep seeing urself as being deprived of life's surprises. i dun think so. sometimes happiness is just being able to have time to urself to think things thru, eg, ur purpose in life; live in a foreign country and know lots of people from various places, and then have a God who's always in control of your situation. it's simple pleasures that makes that much a difference. go for a run and breathe in the scenary. it's a beautiful life, wherever you are. u dun have to live like someone else whom u thnk is having a grand time and be happy. i think this is one purpose in life that many forget: that is to find happiness on ur own within ur own capacity.
good luck!
p/s sorry, did it again. deleted my last comment. made mistakes ;P
